Water blockade of the Crimea from Ukraine the Peninsula is threatened by humanitarian and environmental disasters, said the Deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Natalia Poklonskaya. The MP addressed an official letter to the UN high Commissioner for Human rights Michelle Bachelet to take action, reports RIA Novosti.
