Players of “Khimki” have written an open letter to Moscow region Governor Andrei Vorobyov to help leave Sergei Yurana head coach, according to “Sport-Express”. The appeal was signed by 21 sportsmen.

In the letter, the players say that they are very pleased with the work Yurana and I see no reasons why he should leave the club. “We are ready to fight for this coach, for each other, for the honor of the region. We ask you to intervene and convince the club to leave Sergei Yurana,” write the players.

Yuran has headed “Khimki” in the beginning of 2020. The team played two matches in the FNL and decided the task of entering in the Premier League. In addition, the team along with Urana reached the final of the national Cup, defeating on his way the capital “torpedo” and “Ural”. In a decisive meeting “Khimki” lost to the champion of the country “Zenith”, conceding the only goal in the end with a penalty.
