According to the press Secretary of Russian President Dmitry Peskov, fracture and warming in relations between Russia and the West in the coronavirus pandemic did not happen. He told about it in interview to TV channel RTVI .

“I don’t think you can talk about any fractures, all in a hurry to talk about warming. In this case, it is just about collaboration in crisis conditions, it was and always will be”, – said Peskov in an interview with RTVI TV channel .

He noted that communication of the President of Russia with colleagues from other countries “and did not go anywhere in those areas that have been of mutual interest and mutual benefit”.

So, commenting on the conversation between Putin and U.S. President Donald trump, Peskov explained that it was related to the fact that “the situation in the oil market was catastrophic, and required coordination and mutual action.”
