The development of Russia’s dialogue with Ukraine and Georgia at the highest level is not observed, despite the presence of contacts. This was stated press Secretary of the President Dmitry Peskov in an interview with journalist Paul Zarubino, which was shown on Monday on air of TV channel "Russia-24".

"for the leadership of these countries [Ukraine and Georgia], we see that, unfortunately, <…> despite the presence of certain contacts, yet we can’t brag of positive dynamics in the development of dialogue at the highest level", – Peskov said, stressing that the dynamics of the relationship depends on how the country’s leadership to fulfill its obligations.

Peskov said that Russian President Vladimir Putin congratulates every occasion the people of Ukraine and Georgia.

"Is a fraternal, fraternal peoples, with whom we have deep historical roots, and the people that President Putin sincerely and deeply respects", – said the press Secretary.
