Russian President Vladimir Putin, appointing Mikhail Degtyarev, the acting Governor of the Khabarovsk region, was guided by the objective to establish stable operation of the regional authorities, said the press-Secretary of Russian leader Dmitry Peskov.

“basically, the President was guided by the main objective — to establish an uninterrupted operation of the authorities in Khabarovsk”, — said the representative of the Kremlin to journalists.

He noted that we are talking about work, “including in line with the fundamental documents and development plans, national targets, which are now placed at the head of the corner.”

According to him, the President took into account the opinion of the residents of the region.

Earlier arrivals in the Khabarovsk Degtyarev said that his appointment was the result of the fact that Moscow has heard the request of the voters.

July 20, Putin dismissed arrested for the murder of Sergey Furgala from the post of head of region in connection with loss of trust.
