Peskov accused the Muscovites in the indiscipline

Press Secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov said that to enter electronic the admission in Moscow had because of indiscipline of residents and guests of the city. About it reports TASS.

Peskov said that the health care system in Moscow faced the greatest burden in Russia.

“Muscovites and guests of the capital, these days is not so desirable, had not discipline in adhering to self-isolation. Only this forced the Moscow authorities to introduce passes”, – he stressed.

Peskov assured that the regime of isolation first we will reach a plateau in the incidence and then move on to a decline in epidemiological threats.

As reported by “the Rambler”, from April 15 to e-passes have become mandatory for travel in Moscow and Moscow region (as well as from the capital to region or from region to Moscow) on the personal and public transport. Walk while you can with no gaps.
