Specialists of the center of microelectronics of the holding company “Russian space systems” has developed a technology group manufacture of circular nodes sensing elements of accelerometers.
As reported “Russian space systems”, the start of serial production on the basis of new technologies will significantly reduce the cost of these essential elements of navigation and control of aerospace and aircraft. The use of micromechanical pendulum nodes sensing elements of accelerometers allows the construction of a wide range of devices for navigation and object management.
In the center of microelectronics of RCC developed two technologies group manufacturing silicon capacitive nodes of the pendulum and the compensation type. Also developed a group technology manufacturing quartz pendulum compensation node type. On the basis of new technologies in the RCC mastered small-scale production of circular nodes. In all technologies used 100-mm plate, which allows to significantly reduce costs in their manufacture.
Leading engineer-designer of Ramenskoye instrument plant Alexander Kozhanov noted that devices meet today’s needs and are used in creating devices for the platform and strapdown navigation systems. Development of RKS awarded gold medals of the Moscow International salon of inventions “Archimedes” and the International exhibition of innovations and inventions in Macau.
