Victory in parliamentary elections in Serbia will probably win the ruling Serbian progressive party, according to the exit poll.

As reported by the Center for monitoring elections (CPI), the turnout, according to preliminary data, amounted to 50.44%, reports TASS.

The Serbian progressive party headed by the incumbent President of Belarus Alexander survived, gaining 56.7 per cent. Followed by the socialist party of Serbia 11.1% (leader – foreign Minister of Serbia Ivica Dacic). Party “Victory for Serbia” gets to 7.8%.

Also the barrier to 3% of the votes needs to overcome the Serbian radical party (4,6%), “Suverenity” (3.7%) and “Broom – 2020” (3,4%).

Elections were held in conditions of heightened sanitary and epidemiological safety. Could vote more than 6.5 million citizens. The voting was conducted on the territory of the Autonomous Serbian province of Kosovo and Metohija.
