The police took away his toy gun from a 14-year-old at a festival in Lower Franconia on Friday. The teenager had won it at a shooting gallery on the festival grounds in Marktheidenfeld, the police said on Saturday.

The employee at the stand had told him not to unpack the fake gun until he got home. However, the 14-year-old ignored that. Now he can pick up the toy gun at the police station. The officials asked the stall owner to take the deceptively real-looking weapon out of the range.
