The CEC Chairman, Ella Pamfilova said he plans to vote for amendments to the Constitution the traditional way.
"it’s important to Me, I will vote traditionally" – said Pamfilova, answering a question about how she would vote on the amendments to the Constitution in an interview with TV presenter Elena Fly on her YouTube channel.
A nationwide vote on constitutional amendments scheduled for the first of July. Residents of Moscow and Nizhny Novgorod region will be able to take advantage of electronic remote voting.
