According to him, the Peninsula along with the southern regions of the Russian Federation can become a place where the flash new source of infection of the coronavirus.

He added that the Russian authorities should reduce the “pressure” to the resorts of the Crimea and Kuban. This can be achieved by organizing recreation areas in other regions and beautifying the coast lakes.

If people have the opportunity to relax in our own climate zone, it will only benefit health, because the body do not have to spend for acclimatization, — assured the Deputy.

He stressed that the government should expeditiously solve the problem of the rest of the people, because in a pandemic it is an important element of security and readiness for the upcoming season of the rise in the incidence of respiratory infections and flu.

As previously wrote NEWS.ru the Minister of resorts and tourism of Crimea Vadim Volchenko made a prediction about the tourist popularity of the region after the “high” season. According to him, in the month of July, the Peninsula can visit from 1 million to 1.5 million travelers.

The head of the Republic Sergey Aksenov, in turn, promised not to introduce a mandatory two-week quarantine for tourists.
