The NPO Les Cocagnes, which brings together several agricultural projects on a human scale on a large piece of land in Frelighsburg, has just launched its series of country meals again for the summer.

About fifteen chefs will cook for the summer under the pretty pergola, including Maxance F.-Martinez and Julien Archambault, from the Passe-Montagne restaurant, also located in Frelighsburg, this weekend (June 24 and 25).

In September 2022, we had the pleasure of participating in the Japanese-inspired meal of Xavier Larivière and Aaron Kawajigashi (Flowers and Gifts restaurant in Montreal). They will be back on July 8 and 9.

Marie-Fleur St-Pierre will also leave her adopted Kamouraska for four meals (two services per evening), the last of the series, on September 23 and 24. There will also be Francis Moreau (Sardines, Quebec, August 12), Maurín Arrellano (Vivace, Montreal, August 26) as well as Alexandro Vega (Darling and Le Majestique, July 1 and 2), among others.

The price is $150 plus tax per person, drinks and services included. The complete program can be found on the Cocagnes website.
