He stressed that problems could be seen in the improvement of the city, as well as in the construction of important social objects. The acting head of the region said that in Komsomolsk-on-Amur, Khabarovsk entrepreneurs “to gain contracts,” but its duties are not fulfilled: some of the buildings, he said, “there just is”.
