President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko said that relations between Minsk and Moscow “did not spark”, there are problems, but they can be solved. It is reported BelTA.

What Putin to talk with Lukashenko?

Such a statement, the Belarusian President made during the negotiations with the foreign Minister of Russia Sergey Lavrov. In the beginning of the meeting, Lukashenko said that he talked with Russian President Vladimir Putin on the phone, and handed Lavrov “hi chief”.
