In Russia, can be imposed the penalty for non-compliance of silence in apartment buildings at night. About it the Deputy of the State Duma Anatoly Vyborny said the “parliamentary newspaper”.

Election, as reported by “the Rambler”, — the Deputy from the party “United Russia”, member of the Duma Committee for security and combating corruption and the co-author of the draft law, which supplements the Housing code article on duties of owners of premises in apartment buildings to respect the silence at night.

Today, the MP said that the bill was prepared to have a unified system of rules of observance of the rest in apartment buildings and mechanisms of response of law enforcement to the breach. The document defines noise as “sound that is clearly audible outside the premises”, but, for example, a child crying or the sounds of emergency rescue operations they will not be considered.

Vyborny said that the period of time in which not to make noise, and the mechanism of commit violations will establish the regions, and the size of the administrative penalty for violation will be determined later.

“I think you can set a penalty of three to 10 thousand rubles, but some experts are of the opinion that the bar can be raised to 50 thousand rubles”, — he added.
