The founder of the Anti-Corruption Fund (FBK, included by the Ministry of Justice in the register of organizations performing the functions of a foreign agent), Alexey Navalny, was transferred from the correctional colony hospital (IK-3) in Vladimir to IK-2 in Pokrov, where he served his sentence in the criminal case “Yves Rocher”. This is reported by TASS with reference to the representative of IK-3 .

According to him, Navalny will participate in the next meeting via video link from the colony.

At the end of March, it became known about the deterioration of the health of the founder of the FBK, on April 19, the Federal Penitentiary Service reported about his transfer to a hospital for convicts. A therapist, a neurosurgeon, a neurologist, a nutritionist and a psychiatrist examined the opposition leader in connection with his complaints about the deterioration of his health. He had an MRI, ultrasound, and ECG.

Alexey Navalny, who was twice suspended, was put on the wanted list for multiple violations of the conditions of serving his sentence in the Yves Rocher case. On January 17, he was arrested at Moscow’s Sheremetyevo airport on his return from Germany. On February 2, the Simonovsky Court of Moscow overturned the opposition leader’s suspended sentence for violating the terms of the probation period. He was sentenced to 3.5 years in prison. According to the decision of the Moscow City Court of February 20, he will stay in the colony for 2.5 years.
