Analysts called the Northern Izmailovo and Perovo and Taganskaya the most criminal district of Moscow. About it reported in a press-release of “DELTA security”, submitted to the editor of the Rambler.

The top 10 crime areas also included Lublin, Transfiguration, Khoroshevskoe, Kuntsevo, Lomonosov, Filyovsky Park and Presnenskiy.

The rating was compiled on the basis of a comparison of the number of alarm calls received from different areas and objects under protection.

The company said that most accidents recorded in the Northern Izmailovo and Perovo and Transfiguration (their share accounted for more than ten percent of the alarms).

“Northern Izmailovo traditionally included in the ranking of the most disadvantaged areas of the capital. The Central bus station, transferred at the time of reconstruction to the metro station “Schelkovskaya”, generates a high level of criminality,” explained the experts.

Among the risk factors in Perovo two large industrial zones and the proximity of Izmailovsky Park.

The situation in the Tagansky district affects transport hub “Lenin Square” and the Gorky and Kursk railway line, analysts say.

Presnensky district were included in the ranking due to the large number of office thefts, and violations of public order in bars and restaurants. During the year the situation has changed: the area was in third place, now only closes the top ten.

The most favorable considered the Meshchansky district with a well-protected and expensive real estate, and Ramenki where there are no large industrial enterprises. According to analysts, in the future, the top most safe fall areas of Northern Butovo, Mitino and Strogino with “a homogeneous social environment”.

As reported by “the Rambler”, informed the experts of the Moscow centre of urban studies and analytical Habidatum called the Moscow district, Zyablikovo, Brateyevo and West Biryulevo on the most unfavorable from the point of view of the threat of coronavirus.

The lowest index of epidemiological risk was at the Tverskoy district, Basmanny and Presnensky district.
