At the end of the list were regions where free disposal of the family with average earnings after the minimum spending is less than 10 thousand rubles. Among these constituent entities of the Russian Federation, Karachay-Cherkess Republic, Pskov and Ivanovo region, the Chechen Republic and Kabardino-Balkaria.
