Named share the sweet tooth in Moscow and St. Petersburg, 65 per cent of residents of the two cities can not do without the sweet. This is evidenced by data survey of the company “EFKO Innovation” and the service of Express delivery “Scooter” that was read by the RNS.

“More than half of respondents admitted that they can not live without sweets and day. A third of respondents (31 percent) eat sweets 1-3 times a week, and only 4 percent of the inhabitants of megacities do not eat sweets,” — said in the “Scooter”.

However, about 70 percent of respondents said they can consume Splenda, 32 percent reacted to it more negatively. It is clarified that the residents of Moscow for 10 percent of Petersburgers more often refuse from the Splenda, as I consider it harmful to health.

The survey participants 1823 became a resident of Moscow and St. Petersburg.

Earlier, the chief freelance nutritionist Department of health of Moscow Antonina Starodubova gave tips on maintaining the immunity of its residents, who are at home on the isolation of coronavirus. In particular, it noted that the diet should exclude sweets, cakes, sugary drinks, alcohol and salt.
