Among the largest Russian cities the lowest level of prices for secondary housing fixed in Chelyabinsk — the average cost per square meter here in the second quarter of 2020 amounted to 38 thousand rubles, having decreased for a year almost percent. This is evidenced by the materials of the service “Craigslist real Estate”, arrived in edition “Tapes.ru”.

In second place by the availability of new apartments — Saratov, where the “square” in the average price of 40 thousand rubles (plus 1.3 percent per year). The third position is Ulyanovsk (41,3 thousand rubles per square meter), the fourth — Omsk (44,7 thousand), fifth — Volgograd (45,6 thousand).

In the top ten cities with cheap housing also included (in ascending order of cost per square meter): Voronezh, Perm, Samara, Krasnodar and Rostov-on-don. Analysts called average price “square” in them does not exceed 56 thousand rubles.

Earlier in June, Russia proposed to reduce housing prices. According to analysts, to reduce the value of the property is necessary to create conditions allowing to increase the volume of construction. This is impossible without simplification of the regulation of the construction sector.
