In Yakutia the temperature exceeds the norm by 10-11 degrees, in Komi, Arkhangelsk region, Northern Urals and Yamal-Nenets Autonomous district, it will be 27-28 degrees and can reach up to 30 degrees. Vilfand said that the excess will be 6-7 degrees. He added that in the center of the European Russia Wednesday and Thursday is expected to increase temperatures by 2-3 degrees above normal.
According to Vilfand, the cause of this warming will be high, which will be distributed from the center of the European part of the country to the East. Will be more sun and little chance of precipitation.
Earlier Vilfand warned about the return to the European part of Russia 30-degree heat. According to him, only in the Astrakhan and Volgograd regions and in the South of the Stavropol region is expected temperatures 1-2 degrees below normal. Moscow heat is expected in the middle of the week.
