For me Pushkin contest – home twice, because among the first winners of the Pushkin prize was my mother Agajanian Gavrilova Galina, Leningrad, the blokadnitsa. And for me it was a great honor in 2016 to become the winner of the Pushkin prize. I live in Kapan, southern Armenia. For my family and for many of the host the Victory Day is a special personal holiday.

Olga Lapaeva, winner of the 2001 Kyrgyzstan:

– Looking at the happy faces and hearing the wonderful, soul-reaching words, I want to say. I’m one of the first winners. And it is a profound responsibility for what I do. It was the deepest sense of the need to conform to this status of the winner. This desire to convey the importance of the Russian language as the language of communication. And to instill in students a sense of gratitude for what is very much great in the world and in our lives happened thanks to the Russian language.

Tamara Skurikhina, winner 2014, Ukraine:

– the Pushkin competition gave me wings, the feeling that my work is still needed. We with Irina Serikova, my colleague from Kharkiv, were not sure that in 2014 we will be out of the country. We were also not confident that we will be able to go back. But, nevertheless, we went. To stop us it was impossible.

Tatiana Dzyuba, winner 2018, Ukraine:

– about the contest I knew a very long time. But the issue 2018 “Language without penalties. Professionalism or courage is required today the teacher-specialist in Russian?” had me completely hooked. Because then Ukraine was adopted the law on languages, and I’m working in a Russian-speaking school, had to go to the Ukrainian.

Natalia Zhitkova, winner of the 2005, Latvia:

– For me the competition is not only about love, these are great memories, friends, is the new people. I grew out of this contest, this contest has grown my own contest in 2014. He is temporarily suspended. But, nevertheless, “town autumn” – international competition of pedagogical skill, it is yours, the organizers of the Pushkin competition, baby.

Pushkin competition is the expansion of space, and the expansion of universal scale.

Alexander Tolstoy, winner of 2017, Austria:

– the Pushkin competition is a feeling of being on the cutting edge, you are in a center that lifts you, inspires, adds a sense of responsibility, and also confirms that you something important and need doing. And what you’re doing it right. And at the final stage, when all the winners gathered in Moscow, it became clear that all this is at the highest level, and at the same time, the organizers are very sensitive people, very attentive to detail people. The competition is unquestionably a move to a new level.

Igor Zhukovsky, the winner of the 2017 France:

– I think Pushkin great contest that any teacher from any country can without any obstacles and any particular selection of barriers to take part in it. This is the first what I like. Second, that expanding the circle of communication.

Aigul Aitimova, winner 2018, Kazakhstan:

For me Pushkin competition is a rich experience. After him I realized that everything that I could, in the depths already reached. I took a bold decision in 48 years to move to the southern capital of Kazakhstan. Three days was the competition to the best schools of Alma-ATA – “Nazarbayev intellectual school” of chemistry and biology. After Pushkin contest for my whole life has changed 180 degrees.

Russian language I believe is almost their mother tongue. Because up to seven years, I have not heard his native speech. I think in Russian, I see dreams in Russian.

Natalia Cherkes, winner of the 2006, Belarus:

– What is the Pushkin competition? This connection to the mainland. Because we, the teachers, who in their countries translate Russian language, Russian culture, history, art, it’s very important to get emotional support. And when you come and tell children that you are walking along the street, heard reading the poems, they feel different Russian word. They want to read poetry. This is very important. When you say what you saw, not the Internet.

And more. The words of the song, if you will. Friend I will never forget if you met him in Moscow. A whole world of friends in Moscow became friends. This is great!
