Yellow level weather risk declared in the Metropolitan area due to thunderstorms and wind on Saturday, June 20, according to the hydrometeorological center of Russia.

Senior fellow at the center for weather "Phobos" Alexander Sinenko earlier said that rain with thunderstorm is expected in Moscow on Friday, June 19. According to him, in the Metropolitan area is projected to be partly cloudy. Rain and sometimes hail will come in the second half of the day.

The air warms up to 28-30 degrees in the capital, in the suburbs – to 26-31 degrees. Will blow South-East, South, gusty winds of 2-7 meters per second. Atmospheric pressure drops to 747 mm Hg, which is close to normal.

In Moscow on 18 June, fell a record rainfall. By 18:00 figure ENEA reached 37 mm. The previous record belonged to the 18th of June, 1928, with 27.4 millimeters of precipitation. Only in the period from June 1 to 18 in the city received 123 mm of rainfall. This is more than the monthly norm of 64%.
