MP decree of the mayor of Moscow on the registration of cars does not apply to special services

In the decree of the Moscow mayor about the issue of passes for travel around the city does not contain requirements for the transfer of the employees of the security organs and special services for processing digital pass, said RIA Novosti Chairman of the Moscow city Duma Commission on security, sport and youth policy Cyril Shields.

But they must register on the website mos.ru their personal/office machines and electronic cards. And for taxi fares, they will need to get a special alpha-numeric codes in the same order that the digital pass.
