MOSCOW, 24 June. /TASS/. the Commissioner for human rights in the Russian Federation Tatiana Moskalkova told reporters that the issue of the return of Viktor bout and Konstantin Yaroshenko to Russia is discussed, but the negotiation process is not yet completed.

“Discusses the issue of returning [to Russia] Yaroshenko and bout, the question is kept confidential, not finished negotiations,” — said Moskalkova.
