Moscow mayor Sergei Sobyanin last week announced the next stage of the lifting of restrictions in the capital, caused by a coronavirus. Some of them starts from July 13.

Monday abolished the mandatory mask mode on the streets. When this protection is required in certain cases – public areas, transportation and stores.

From July 13, removed the restriction on the operation of educational institutions. Citizens can attend universities, including attestation or examination. The universities reserve the right to choose the format of testing. Next school year is still scheduled to begin on September 1.

Another lifted the restriction for the work of sections, clubs and leisure centres. They become fully operational, however, children’s camps, family entertainment centers and discos. The number of simultaneous visitors is limited at around 50% of the total capacity of the sites. Mass events in the open air is prohibited.

Finally, completely removed coronavirus limitations in the field of business, services and some other activities. The city authorities emphasize that organizations still have the right to choose whether employees work from offices or with remote access.

The next stage of the lifting of restrictions is scheduled for August 1. Will resume operation of cinemas and theatres, again it starts "Moscow longevity".

On the eve of Rosstat has informed that in Moscow the number of new cases of coronavirus is of 5.36 per 100 thousand people is in 29th place among the constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
