The head of the Moscow Department Rospotrebnadzora Elena Andreeva said that the capital is ready for the first and even the second phase of lifting the restrictions imposed because of the coronavirus. About it reports RIA Novosti.

Andreev reminded that the CPS has developed three indicators, allowing the city to exit the isolation. One of them is the index of infection, in Moscow it is 0.85.

“If you look at those three indicators, the first and in principle ready for the second stage of the lifting of restrictions,” she said.

As reported by “the Rambler”, earlier in Rospotrebnadzor said that the restrictions imposed in the country due to the coronavirus, will be shot in three stages.

In the first stage, the prevalence of infection must be less than or equal to one, 50 percent of beds for patients with COVID-19 should be free, and the number of tests is reaching 70 units per hundred thousand inhabitants.

In the first phase, subject to preventive measures it is possible to open non-food stores with an area less than 400 square meters, beauty salons, Studio, home life, and to allow playing sports and walking in the street.

In the second phase (the distribution coefficient is 0.8, half of the beds are free, 90 tests per hundred thousand population) are allowed to open non-food stores with an area of about 800 square meters, to resume street trading and normal operation of kindergartens.

In the third phase (the distribution coefficient is 0.5, half of the beds are free, 110 tests per hundred thousand population) all enterprises trade and service sector can earn without limits, allowed open catering, all educational institutions, theatres, museums, hotels, parks and squares.
