the City has simplified the conditions for providing grants to owners of objects of trade, public catering, consumer services and hotels for compensation of property and land payments. This was reported by Deputy Moscow Mayor for economic policy and property and land relations Vladimir Yefimov.

grants will be able to qualify.

Initially one of the conditions was the reduction of rent all tenants on the property. But due to the fact that some of the tenants in period of high alert continued to work (for example, grocery stores and pharmacies), there was no need for them to reduce the rent. Therefore, this condition is corrected. Now for the grant you need to reduce the total amount of lease payments on the facility not less than 50 percent.

Another condition had previously been the decline in shopping facilities rent for each month — March, April, may and June. However, many tenants in March were still working, so the owners did not reduce their rents. In this regard, the requirement was softened: now the rent should be reduced by at least 50 percent of the total during this period.

in addition, the mandatory condition of the grant was the availability of on-site retail outlets, which were forced to stop their work according to the decree of the Moscow Mayor. Now this requirement deleted to support the many entrepreneurs who continued to work but faced a significant drop in income.
