This is the first experience in the country. According to forecasts of the National meat Association (NMA), all foreign markets will be sent a 20 percent increase in the volume of pork production in Russia.
Earlier in the letter to the deputies of the state Assembly of the RM, head of Mordovia Vladimir Volkov has set the task to 2024 to increase its exports of products of food and processing industry of the Republic in 3 times – up to $ 50 million.
– the export center has upgraded the rating of Mordovia, moving us into a more successful third group of subjects at the level of export development. You need to use it for obtaining state support, – said Volkov.
the region’s Leader urged the Ministry of agriculture and food of RM to be actively involved in the promotion of products of national companies on foreign markets.
Recall that in the last five years, exports from Mordovia has grown almost five-fold – from 4.5 to 21 billion rubles. The Republic supplies its products to 66 countries. According to plans, in 2020, exports will increase not less than 9 per cent, and by 2024 this figure will increase by 1.8 times to more than 515 million dollars.
