the Resolution on same-sex marriage in Montenegro will not lead to an increase or decrease in the number of tourists from Russia. This “MK” told the Alliance of travel agencies.
the Parliament of Montenegro adopted the law legalizing same-sex partnerships on 1 July. The law gives same-sex couples the same rights as heterosexual ones, except for the possibility of adoption of children.
Executive Director of the Alliance of travel agencies Natalia Osipova believes that this law will not affect the number of Russians wishing to relax or to purchase real estate in Montenegro. According to experts, the resorts of this country is so fond of the Russians, it is unlikely that the legalization of same-sex partnerships could alienate even the most conservative tourists.
on the other hand, Natalia Osipova believes that members of the LGBT community who would be willing to move to Montenegro because this law is not so much that it could affect the tourist flow.
