“Convened today a working meeting on the organization and holding of events in honor of the 75th anniversary of Victory in the great Patriotic war. Based on the crisis situation in which we find ourselves, and given the authorities introduced restrictive measures, the meeting unanimously decided that a mass event, such as Victory March – the “Immortal regiment”, a festive concert dedicated to Victory Day, – transferred on 24 August, the day of liberation of Moldova from fascist occupation,” wrote an announcement on his page on Facebook.
