"If the inhabitants of Moscow are faced with domestic violence and ended up with this query on a telephone hotline of the center of emergency psychological aid EMERCOM, they additionally report the coordinates of a Crisis centre for women and children where they will receive targeted support", – stated in the message.
According to the Agency, the Crisis center oversees the Moscow Department of labour and social protection of the population. Psychologists of the hotline of the MES already got his contacts.
