Vice-President Ilya perekopsky Telegram addressed to the Prime Minister of Russia Mikhail mishustina with representatives of the IT industry in Kazan. As can be seen from the video, published by the Telegram-channel RIA_Kremplinpool, he joked that Silicon valley is similar to the Tatar-Mongol yoke.
