Mishustin urged Ministers not to give unreasonable promises

the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin said that the Ministers should not give unreasonable promises and allocate the reserve Fund of the Cabinet of Ministers to increase funding for various expenses, reports TASS.

“I would ask you to convey to the Ministers and to the heads of Federal Executive bodies the following installation: required to work within the existing budget and do not give unreasonable promises and not send the reserve Fund of the government to the financing of certain activities,” – said Mishustin in the meeting with Deputy Prime Ministers.

Also Mishustin has demanded to understand with the reasons that lead to underexpenditure of funds planned budget for the year.

“the Situation when the end of the year remain unused budget funds, is unacceptable. I see two reasons either ineffective planning, or low quality of the administrative apparatus that deals with this issue”, – said the Prime Minister.

According to him, the need to strengthen the level of control of Executive discipline and restore order in the system of strategic planning.

Vice Prime Minister-chief of government staff Dmitry Grigorenko in conjunction with the Ministry of Finance is mandated to “analyse the reasons for the formation of residues of the contracted costs 2019 – with hard relevant conclusions, including measures of a disciplinary responsibility”.

Earlier Mishustin criticized the proposed by the Ministry of justice the project of the administrative code. Fines for motorists, which suggests a new project, he called unsustainable.

on 15 January, the government of Dmitry Medvedev resigned. The new head of the Cabinet was the former head of the FTS Mikhail Mishustin.

January 21, was announced the full composition of the new Cabinet. Many of the old members of the government have received new appointments.
