Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin has instructed the Ministry of economic development, Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of labour and social protection together with other agencies until may 25 to submit to the government a national plan of action for recovery of employment, income and economic growth.

“the plan needs to ensure the resumption of business life in the country, the recovery of the labor market and return the economy to growth through long-term structural changes,” he said at the Presidium of the coordination Council on combating the spread of coronavirus infection.

the Ministry also has until may 5 to summarize all the proposals on the third package of measures to support the economy and citizens. In the same period, the President charged to prepare recommendations for the phased exit from the regime of restrictions and to direct them to the regions.

“we Need a smooth, carefully calibrated actions that will avoid new outbreaks of infection, – said Mishustin. – Each region should consider its own set of preventive measures and recommendations depending on the complexity of the situation in the certain territory”.
