The acting head of the Khabarovsk Krai Mikhail Degtyarev said it plans with the help of their experience and connections to restore the greatness and pride of the Khabarovsk territory, the authorities of which a number of officials did not listen.
Degtyarev Wednesday, the first morning in his new role, walked around Khabarovsk. He said he intends to win the favor of the festival with their work, openness and communication.
"I mean the return of the Majesty and pride of the Khabarovsk Krai. In Khabarovsk to the authorities, to the Khabarovsk region in recent years is not very listened to some officials. The President as the guarantor of the festival loves, respects, wants to help – we told him about it behind the scenes. But many officials are not denounced. It is a question of political weight," – said in an interview with "Komsomolskaya Pravda" Degtyarev.
According to him, the previous heads of the region lacked personal connections and penetration.
"It’s a fact. Many officials did not take requests from this office was received. My requests officials are receptive… Design, when the regional government come people who have gained experience at the Federal level in Moscow – the best… Without accumulated personal connections at the level of the Federal government, the AP, the security agencies just to grow and then to make up for it – you’ll spend just 5-6 years of life", – said Degtyarev.
He noted that there is a difference between just a state Duma Deputy and Chairman of Committee of the state Duma.
"I Promise all my connections and experience will throw for the benefit of the festival," he added.
He also said that his lack of ties with the region will help it work more objectively.
"I am not associated with local financial, industrial groups, local clandestine OPS, I have purple on the biographies and achievements of some officials, who are under my command work… If they will not work… and they will ask for a large people from crime, business…, I’m not interested. I’ll make the decision based on their own understanding", – said Degtyarev.
