The U.S. position against the Treaty on measures for the further reduction and limitation of strategic offensive arms (the start Treaty, start-3) and the Treaty on open skies, "will have serious consequences", said the Deputy Chairman of the security Council of Russia Dmitry Medvedev at his village "Vkontakte".
The attitude of the White house to the documents will lead "to the destruction of the international security architecture," Medvedev wrote.
