Russian President Vladimir Putin will award a number of Russians for participating in the preparation and conduct of voting on amendments in the Constitution, as well as in informing citizens about the plebiscite. According to them, he will surround: encouragement will be given to the officials of the presidential administration, representatives of the regions of the Russian popular front, members of the Central election Commission, some members of the working group for preparation of amendments to the Constitution, the representatives of “United Russia”, as well as some artists and bloggers.
According to close to sources of CEC, the CEC plans to make your own list for the ceremony, which will include the Chairpersons and members of regional election commissions and the territorial and precinct election commissions of all Federal districts. One of the criteria by which to select recipients of the awards are “a good turnout and the result.”
Awards will be given to artists and bloggers who participated in informing the Russians about the upcoming vote on the amendments, for example, recording the related videos. While one source noted that they will also be awarded for activities during the pandemic COVID-19.
