According to her, these funds are waiting for families with children who have severe, including rare diseases. “The Council of the Federation last years was actively engaged in this topic. And frankly, I’m glad the President found a system solution,” said the Senator.
“it is Important that the distribution of money will be as open as possible. They will be not officials, and doctors, and public figures. The President’s proposal is left to chance, nothing to add”, she added.
Valentina Matviyenko also praised the decision to pay to families with children up to 16 years, ten thousand rubles, the initiative to expand the program of preferential mortgage, offer to support the regions and the complex of measures on development of IT-industry.
“Given the huge social importance of the announced measures, we parliamentarians from tomorrow to actively take up the work. And I’m sure will promptly provide legislative support for the proposals and instructions of the President”, – said the Chairman of the Federation Council.
