Marat Khusnullin: Renovation in Moscow went because the capital has already had experience of such work, was a professional team, able to solve the problem, was, finally, money. Each barrier is a waste of time. The longer we build, the more expensive – the sooner the cheaper. So I always do everything in order to build faster. That’s exactly what I’m doing right now, to remove all obstacles and to build as quickly as possible.
