The average for the engineering industry, we have grown from 38% to 60%, and the overall processing level in 50% went on to break the 13 industries. Five of them exceeded 75 percent,” he said.
According to Minister of industry and trade, the epidemic contributed to the import substitution program adjustments, and to continue not to compromise the technological sovereignty of the country, import substitution will be scaled to all levels of societies.

He recalled that the creation of new capacity regions can benefit from the financing Fund of the development of the industry. In 5 years, according to the Ministry of industry and trade, the Fund provided project funding of 150 billion rubles. To date, the country has established 62 regional Fund with a total capitalization of over 12 billion rubles.
“To strengthen the capacity of programme co-financing of Federal PDF to 70% of the volume of loans provided by regional funds. For ten subjects with unstable economy, and also to Crimea and Sevastopol, we have provided a more comfortable proportion of 10 to 90%,” – said Denis Manturov.
He also noted that Kurgan oblast, Altai Krai and the Republic of Mari El Republic will receive for the recapitalization of its funds within five years, about 4.5 billion rubles from the funds allocated by the government program of development of regions.
