Analyzing the project documents, the President drew special attention of the expert community on the need to take into account fully the interests of both the state and ordinary citizens. The President referred in this connection to the statistics. “Just over five years was nearly 16 million violations that were prosecuted more than 3 million people. This state of Affairs was the result of improper law enforcement practices of individual agencies and the excessive repression of the administrative legislation”, – stated Lukashenko.
