The President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko on Saturday expressed concern about the increase in armed component on the territory of Lithuania and Poland, which hosts NATO military exercises. The head of the Republic said at a meeting at the Center for strategic management at the Ministry of defense of Belarus, reports BelTA news Agency.

"I’m more worried about the situation that is unfolding in the territory of neighbouring States – Poland and Lithuania. There, as you know, military exercises of NATO troops. It would also be nothing, but there is a escalation and capacity of the armed component in these areas. Not see it, quietly watching, naturally, we can’t. And early in the morning when I talked and listened to the report of the chief of the General staff, I have noticed that our military is also concerned about this problem", – said the Belarusian leader.
