“the Statements that we hear from official Ukrainian representatives that these decisions are not binding – it’s all from evil or from ignorance of the subject, this also fully admit. There (in Ukraine – approx. “RG”) are engaged in a Ukrainian settlement aimed to raise themselves in the political struggle,” – said Lavrov reporters.
He also added that the full and consistent implementation of the Minsk agreements is for Moscow only “red line” in the settlement of the conflict in Eastern Ukraine.
