There is no need to introduce exit visas for residents of Russia. The head of Russian foreign Ministry Sergei Lavrov said in an interview with RBC.

He noted that he did not know who to talk to.

“If people are nostalgic for the Soviet Union, perhaps, it is their right. I see no need and have not heard about any plans of this kind among people who are more or less related to the adoption of appropriate decisions,” – said the Minister.

According to the head of the foreign Ministry, he also sees no reason for raising the question about the ban on the departure of Russians abroad.

Earlier, as reported by “Rambler”, German newspaper Die Welt reported that the Czech Republic plans to introduce a ban on leaving the country for the next year. President Milos Zeman advised his fellow citizens to plan a summer vacation within the Czech Republic and “open beauty of their own country”.
