Deputy head of the Russian presidential Administration Dmitry Kozak has offered to withdraw from negotiations on the Donbass at the level of advisers. This is stated in the document, placed at the disposal of the newspaper “Strenia”.

The representative of Moscow said that the work of advisers of the heads of state of the Normandy format is ineffective, and called the talks in this format “meaningless.”

According to him, the recent agreement on a ceasefire in the Donbass were taken without the participation of France and Germany, entirely based on the proposals of Moscow. In addition, Kozak criticized the draft document within the framework of the Normandy format, because the attempts to fill it with meaning “does not meet any enthusiasm among other participants of the format”. “This leads to the idea to stop the senseless talks of councillors No. 4.
