the Ukrainian Consul in Montenegro Mikhail Shmatov protested the opening of borders for Russian tourists without any restrictions. About this he wrote on Facebook.

According to the diplomat, the decision of the Montenegrin authorities to open the borders for Russians, due to economic expediency, however, place the country in “green” zone correctly. “Although, of course, such a wonderful and relaxing holiday without the domination of the Russian language I was not yet (…). I remind you that Ukraine, which since the beginning of summer provides Montenegro the largest number of tourists, having 13 or 14 boards in a week, is located in the restricted rights”, — he stressed.

Shmatov cited data showing that the index of morbidity in Russia is to 127.2, and in Ukraine — 72,8. “Money does not smell — it is an old axiom, but it is a matter of basic respect. I really hope that these discriminatory conditions for our citizens will be removed”, — said the Ukrainian Consul.

Montenegro has announced the opening of the borders for Russians, 4 Aug. Nationals of Azerbaijan are allowed to enter the country without conditions — tests for the presence of COVID-19, and quarantine. At the same time, data on the resumption of direct flights between the countries yet to get to Montenegro from Russia with a stopover in Turkey.

Russia resumed international flights from August 1. At the first stage flights will be carried out only from Moscow, St. Petersburg and Rostov-on-don. Countries with which the flights will recover in the first place, was the UK (London), Turkey (from August 1, Ankara and Istanbul, from August 10 — Antalya, Bodrum and Dalaman) and Tanzania (Zanzibar island).
