Russian envoy to the contact group on Donbass, Boris Gryzlov, said that Ukraine refused from the agreements on the compilation of the lists on the exchange and the approval of several planned sections of the mine.

As RIA Novosti reports, Gryzlov said following the meeting of the group.

“during today’s conference, Kiev has refused the previously agreed arrangements for the drafting of lists on the exchange in accordance with the four categories of detained persons”, he said.

According to him, during the meeting, the delegation of Kiev said that “he wants two more categories” of individuals.

He also said that Kiev agreed to the proposed Lugansk areas of mine clearance, which are critical in humanitarian terms.
