Kelly Osbourne is opening up on her struggles with alcohol and drug dependence, quitting by “Red Table Talk” to go over becoming hooked as a teenager and relapsing following the pandemic.

The TV character said she finished nearly four decades of resurrection in April 2021 since the COVID-19 pandemic was triggered into drinking alcohol after viewing a few sipping champagne.

“I was lonely, sitting with a pool and waiting for someone to have a meeting . It seemed really nice and I was like,’I could do so, also,”’ she stated on the Facebook Watch show. “And the following dayI had two glasses. And the day after it was bottles”

Osbourne also advised that the hosts — Jada Pinkett Smith, her daughter, Willow Smith; along with her mum, Adrienne Banfield-Norris — on the roots of her own addictions.

Her very first opiate-based drug dependency was with Vicodin that was prescribed to her following a surgery to remove her tonsils when she was 13, sending her to a lifelong struggle. “This was all I had,” she explained sadly.

Osbourne said the medication silenced her insecurities. “It felt as though life gave me a kiss.” Pinkett Smith responded wryly:”Vicodin can accomplish this.” Osbourne added that Vicodin contributed to her misusing Percocet to finally heroin”because it was more economical.”

Osbourne has discussed her medication and alcohol conflicts before in many interviews, her 2017 memoir and on podcasts such as Dax Shepard’s”Armchair Expert.”

She’s stated her drug usage became the heaviest throughout her mum’s cancer battle and following her dad,”Crazy Train” singer Ozzy Osbourne, nearly died after an ATV accident in 2003.
