Russian presidential Aide Andrei Fursenko reminded that in 2020 the size of the award increased to 10 million rubles. The adviser to the RF President on culture Vladimir Tolstoy added that for the first time the highest state awards for achievements in humanitarian activities will be awarded to two outstanding personalities.
